Preparation Irish Coffee
What a fabulous mixture: the unique flavour of genuine Irish whisky perfectly matches the aroma of strong,
hot coffee sweetened to your taste.
- Ignite the burner
- Warm a shot of whisky (approx. 30 – 40 ml / 1 oz.) in an Irish coffee glass which is placed on the stand over the ignited burner, turning the glass constantly. Ignite the whisky (optional)
- Immediately top up the glass to 1 cm (approx. 1/2”) below the rim with hot sugared coffee.
- Hold a teaspoon upside-down over the glass and carefully pour slightly whipped cream into the glass so that it floats on top of the coffee.
- Do not stir! Sip the delicious warming drink through the cool cream
