When inviting your favorite guests for a fondue, you can now impress them with the smartest serving solution around. The rotating tray from SPRING, made from beautifully grained acacia wood, makes enjoyment as endless as its circular shape. While the fondue sits safely and centrally in the middle, a simple spin allows each guest to reach the delicious ingredients, dips, and sauces. In English, this serving aid is called a "Lazy Susan." Many myths and legends surround the origin of the name, possibly referring to a housemaid who was no longer needed to serve dishes. This allowed that Susan to take a short break while dining took place in the dining room.

When the Swiss brothers Arthur and Hermann Spring founded their company in 1946, their main idea was one thing above all – to combine a passion for good food with products that meet their demands for uncompromising quality and highest functionality, making food not just a necessity but focusing on conviviality and professionalism.
Since then, innovative ideas for cooking and dining culture have run like a thread through the company’s successful history. With the invention of their Fondue Bourguignonne in 1953, the Swiss brothers laid the foundation for the rise of "cooking at the table." In 1977, SPRING launched the first Gastronorm Chafing Dishes for professional cooking and presentation. And as early as 1994, our cookware series featured induction-compatible multi-layer materials.
